Andrew Hasbrook joined Sandor in 2019 as a Senior Leasing Representative, responsible for the leasing and management of Sandor’s shopping centers anchored by national retailers such as Target, Walmart, Kroger, Kohl’s, and The Home Depot. He currently oversees 20 assets in nine states. Andrew utilizes his longstanding relationships with commercial real estate brokers and tenants to secure lease transactions with local, regional, and national tenants, including retail, restaurant, office, and medical users.  His role includes prospecting for new tenants and negotiating proposals and leases, including lease renewals, in an effort to maintain a strong leased percentage throughout his portfolio of properties.

Andrew began working in commercial real estate in 1998 at NAI Olympia Partners in Indianapolis, where he worked 6 years, followed by 15 years at Kite Realty Group, focusing primarily on landlord representation throughout his 25-year career in the industry. Prior to his real estate career, Andrew spent two years in medical sales after graduating from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio, where he received a degree in Business and Communications. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Xavier University Alumni Association and resides in Indianapolis with his family.
