Sidney Eskenazi was the Chief Executive Officer at Sandor, which he founded in 1963. Over the course of his career, Sidney developed shopping centers anchored by various retailers, including Walmart, Target, Kohls, and Kmart. In addition to real estate development, Sidney was a member of both the Indiana and Illinois Bar Associations for more than fifty years. Sidney earned a Bachelor of Science degree as well as a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Indiana University.

Sidney Eskenazi passed away peacefully at his home on January 31, 2026.
