As Director of Lease Administration, Rebecca Stark has over 10 years of experience in Lease Administration and Property Management. She is responsible for the daily operations of Lease Administration, including managing new leases, amendments, renewals, and assignments; ensuring compliance with lease terms; coordinating tenant move-in and move-out; and completing annual budgets and reconciliations.

Rebecca joined Sandor in 2012 in the Accounting Department as the Accounts Receivable Manager. Upon moving to Lease Administration in 2015, Rebecca provided an in-depth approach to her portfolio and advanced to Senior Lease Administrator in 2021 and to her current Director position in 2024. Prior to joining Sandor, Rebecca was a Senior Project Director for a large marketing research company.
